Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds. All services/digital products are considered confirmed at the time of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Our services and programs are learned strategies and what you’ve learned cannot be reversed. However, if you have concerns about the benefits of services- we are available to discuss the value of services to be rendered prior to moving forward. It is highly recommended that you fill out our contact form if you have any questions before purchasing a service. We do understand that we are not perfect so if there is something at fault on our end such as canceling your appointment unexpectedly, you will receive a full refund unless you opt to reschedule. If you purchase a digital product and did not receive it in your email, please immediately contact us at contact@nobossleftbehind.com so that we can resend it to you as you may have entered your incorrect email address at checkout. You should also check your spam, junk, & promotional folders prior to emailing us. Please include your order number in the subject line, your full name, date of purchase, the electronic product you purchased, and the email address you want us to resend it to. We cannot make any guarantees or promises for the success of your business since we cannot confirm that you’ve implemented all strategies provided to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel any services you’ve made appointments for, you are required to cancel 48 hours prior in order to be eligible to reschedule appointment. You will NOT be refunded or eligible to reschedule your appointment if you fail to cancel 48 hours prior. Your rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 days of you rescheduling.
PAYMENTS
Full payment is due at the time of purchase for all of our services or electronically delivered products. We currently do not offer payment plans at this time. Any sessions that exceeds the allotted time, you will have the option to pay for continued time over if there is not another scheduled session during that time. If you do not use all of your time or would like to end your session earlier than scheduled, the price for that service does not and will not change. We encourage you to come ready with your notes and questions.
